The Turbo Easy-Start is a "Low-Loss" metallized motor-start capacitor with a built-in potential relay or external potential relay for smooth and fast boost of air conditioner and refrigeration compressors. It is manufactured in Palm Coast, Florida and filled with a thick non-PCB dielectric fluid to reduce heat. It has rust-free all brass terminals and comes with a 5-year warranty.
