The Turbo 200 and now come with Compressor Protector Terminal (CPT™).
When a motor-run capacitor fails in a hard-start system, the hard-start keeps kicking on the compressor without
the capacitor regulating. This will cause overheating and a shorter compressor lifespan. The CPT™ prevents this!

The Turbo Easy-Start is a 'Low-Loss" Metallized Motor-Start Capacitor. With a built-in potential relay or external potential relay. For a smooth & fast boost of Air Conditioner and Refrigeration Compressors, simply select the capacitance range for your equipment, up to 5 tons.

Every Hard-Start Needs CPT® (Compressor Protector Terminal)

CPT® acts as a kill switch between the hard-start and compressor in the event of a failed run capacitor; preventing damage and possible compressor failure. Although Amrad capacitors have an extremely low failure rate, the CPT® has been introduced to ensure consumers are always protected.
